It's amazing that time can move simultaneously so quickly and so slowly. I don't know if that makes sense, but it feels like I've been here forever-- I can't believe it's only been a month! and at the same time, I can't believe my time here is almost over. Strange.

So much has happened... I've been trying to picture and note most of it as it occurs just to have some sense of chronology, if nothing more.

But there is always more, isn't there?
Enjoying some precious, delicious Turkish coffee and bob bons for breakfast.

And the parrots are another story.
